Space Layout

A modular layout that adapts to the events happening during the day and night. From a morning coffee rush, a business meeting happening in the back, to an elegant gala, an independent movie screening, and a networking event accompanied by funky cocktails and music.

TCU will be known as a community hub and incubator promoting Black-owned enterprises and artisans.

The shop will serve fair-trade coffee and tea; local pastries; light eats while promoting local commerce and hosting weekly events. Products for sale will include a variety of highly curated Black-made products, apothecary herbs, handmade accessories, books, art, and more.
