Harness_U is a startup dedicated to offering work training programs for underserved youth. As a summer intern, I led the web redesign project.
Redesign and develop a fully functional website using UX principles.
The previous website needed a responsive layout that worked on all devices, powerful and engaging content, and a simple sign-up process.
Tested usability using Google Page Speed and user experiments. Created lofi to midfi prototype using Figma. Tested prototypes with program alumni, prospective students, and company executives. Developed website using WordPress, and optimized using plugins.
Website engagement grew by 98% in the next 30 days of launching.
68% were new users, and 42% accessed the website by mobile.
